I lusted over this exquisite beaded chantilly lace for months before I finally just had to make a gown with it. Photos cannot caputure the incredible beauty of this delicate lace, hand beaded with tiny faux pearls and glass bugle beads. This is the real deal, imported from France! (Laces like these are becoming very rare and hard to find, and this one is in limited supply so I will only be able to make a few of this design) It hangs so beautifully over a curve-caressing bias cut silk charmeuse sheath. A second layer of lace on the skirt is gathered to allow it to flare out slightly as you walk. The lace cowl neck drapes softly over the plunging V of the under layer, and in the back the under layer is cut low to show off the lace. An invisible zipper and little glass pearl buttons form the closure on the side. Simply stunning!
